Park Avenue Hospitality has entered into an agreement with Shanghai Pu-Dong Development ("PuKai") Group (浦开集团) to operate 1,533 long-stay apartments comprising 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units in "Pukai Yanlord International Community Project" (“The Project” 浦开仁恒派国际租赁社区项目) situated at Zhouxiu North Road in Zhou Pudong District. The project is expected to debut in 2022 and offer cosmopolitan high-end living in the bustling metropolis.
With a gross floor area of 9,400 sqm, the urban mixed-use development project comprises high-end office spaces, residential apartments, landscaped gardens, and a wide variety of exciting retail, dining, and leisure options. The development is within walking distance from Zhou Pudong station (Metro line 16) and offers seamless access to the city centre.
