A management agreement was signed on 16 September 2021, to launch the second ParcVue property in China under an asset light strategy. ParcVue Hotel Residence Shenyang is situated within Shenyang Yanlord Park Century's commercial, entertainment, and residential space complex and will be part of a mixed land development consisting of offices, an apartment block and leisure amenities including a state-of-the-art gym and pool. The opening date for this project has yet to be finalised.
With the multi-project agreement in Yancheng and Shenyang, including the recently opened ParcVue Hotel Residence Nanjing located on Singapore Nanjing Eco Hi-tech Island, it will boost over 500 new rooms to the portfolio managed by Park Avenue Hospitality in China.
