Park Avenue Hospitality has opened its first ParcVue Hotel Residence in Nanjing, located in Singapore Nanjing Eco Hi-tech Island Information Technology Industry Zone.
The 260-room serviced residence is next to Jiangxinzhou metro station and offers convenient access to Xinjiekou, Jiangbei, and Hexi business districts. The one, two, and three-bedroom apartments offer a full array of luxury facilities and amenities, including a kitchenette, an intelligent room control system, and an around-the-clock personal assistant robot. Hotel facilities include UMAMI Nanjing, an in-house Italian restaurant, meeting space, a 24/7 Technogym fitness centre, an indoor pool with the first and only officially authorised aqua yoga course in Nanjing.
