Excellent Service Award 2017

The Excellent Service Award (EXSA) 2017 – Star presentation ceremony for the hospitality sector, held on 20 November 2017 at Kallang Theatre, was graced by Dr Koh Poh Koon, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Trade and Industry and Ministry of National Development.

EXSA is a national award that recognises the efforts of individuals who have pushed the boundaries for service excellence and delivered an unforgettable experience for our guests. The award is conferred at three levels – Silver Award, Gold Award and Star Award.

This year, Park Avenue family is proud to have 2 Outstanding Star Award recipients, each from PAR and PAC, 2 Star, 9 Gold and 24 Silver winners from various departments at all properties. The Star Award winners had received 5 compliments from both internal and external customers during the qualifying period and 2 service-related award in the last 3 years. Staff have also made suggestions that contribute to improvements in the service standards or productivity. They are our service models for staff to emulate and to create more service champions.
